This lapel mic connects directly to iOS devices, Android devices, and computers thanks to the included USB and Lightning cables.
The capsule itself has been reinvented to give you a lower noise floor for a sound even cleaner than the original. Conversion is handled by Apogee’s famous 96 kHz/24-bit converters, which should speak to the quality of this device. In addition to all the USB and Lightning cables, a metal windscreen, foam windscreen, mic clip, and carrying pouch are included.

Perhaps the most exciting development for the ClipMic digital 2 is the system of interchangeable cables. Lightning, USB-C, and USB-A cables are on hand for plug-and-play compatibility with Android, iPhone, iPad, macOS, and Windows.
Lower-Profile, Cleaner Sound
A new, custom microphone capsule, smaller for better positioning, delivers a 10 dB lower noise floor than its predecessor. This translates to cleaner recordings.

A video is only as good as the audio you hear with it and if you are a vlogger, interviewer, lecturer, student, teacher, or anyone making a personal video, ClipMic digital 2 brings the microphone to you for the best sound and lets you position your camera where it needs to be for the best shot.
The capsule sports an omnidirectional polar pattern to ensure consistent audio pickup and minimal proximity effect. What does this mean? Placement on your person or on a subject is relatively easy. An integrated Apogee ADC delivers pristine signal conversion at up to 24-bit/96 kHz resolutionthe same specifications used throughout pro-recording environments.
Atomos UltraSync BLUE Wireless Timecode Sync for AtomX SYNC and Ninja V
Wirelessly sync timecode using Bluetooth between your cameras, audio recorders, smartphones, and other supported devices with theUltraSync BLUE Wireless Timecode SyncfromAtomos. The UltraSync BLUE is a compact unit that provides timecode sync and can pair each source with the Atomos AtomX SYNC for viewing on the Ninja V monitor. It features a bright OLED display for timecode and status information.
The BLUE provides frame-accurate timecode to up to six compatible Bluetooth devices up to 32.8′ away, and it auto-detects and pairs with supported devices. The BLUE can also expand your sync range using RF signals, and it can pair with multiple BLUE, AtomX SYNC, or other timecode sync devices over a long range of up to 656′. Once the BLUE is synced with the device, timecode is embedded in the recorded files and can be recognized by industry-standard software and NLEs (non-linear editors).
A USB Type-C cable is included to charge the BLUE, which features a built-in 800mAh LiPo battery that lasts up to approximately 20 hours.
